The world’s longest zipline was inaugurated by K3 Sa Forest Adventures near Cape Town, marking a significant advancement in adventure tourism in South Africa. The zipline at this cutting-edge attraction is 3.2 km long and starts from a mountain summit around 500 meters above the base camp. Depending on their weight, riders can reach thrilling speeds of up to 120 km/h on the zipline thanks to its unique design.
This new venture decisively surpasses the former record-holder, the Jais Flight in the United Arab Emirates, which measured 2.8 kilometres in length. As such, K3 Sa Forest Adventures has significantly redefined the benchmarks for zipline experiences globally.
