ART FESTIVALS YOU SHOULDN’T MISS THIS YEAR

Today’s episode showcases three prominent art and design festivals you shouldn’t miss this year. Wherever you are, we got you covered with nearby most significant happenings.

The first is the Art Basel festival, which consists of fairs held on three continents that unite the international art world.

The European fair features over 200 leading galleries showing and visiting over 4,000 artists from five continents. High-quality exhibitions occur in and around Basel and Paris, creating a region-wide art week.

During the Miami fair, leading galleries show significant works by Master of Modern art.

While the Hong Kong fair gives an in-depth overview of Asia-Pacific’s astonishing diversity and global artistic perspectives through contemporary works.

The second one is Qatar International Art Festival. A unique art event in the region that connects artists worldwide. It provides excellent exposure to the beautiful country of Qatar and entertains visitors and participants with events such as Art Exhibitions, Live Painting symposiums, Artistic Fashion Shows, Masterclasses, Cultural Tours and many more.

And the third one, held in London, includes three related events. Frieze London focuses on contemporary art and living artists showing work created mainly post-2000. Frieze Masters presents work before 2000, while Frieze Sculpture is a free display of major outdoor works located in The Regent’s Park’s English Gardens at the south end of The Broadwalk.
